PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FROM THE REAL WROUGHT IRON COMPANY The sections shown are indicative of rolled sections which are supplied in imperial sizes , but by no means all that are available in puddled wrought iron. Rolled wrought iron available in: Round Bar 3/8" to 2" Diameter Square Bar 3/8" to 2 3/8" Flat Bar 1/8" to 3" Puddled Plate 1/16" - 1/2" ODD SIZES Other sections not shown on the list may be produced by rolling, if in sufficient quantity, or by forging in smaller quantities. We are able to provide sizes larger than those shown, up to a maximum of about 4" square, round or flat, or in exceptional circumstances even larger. There is generally a restriction on the available lengths of these larger sections. MOULDINGS By forging, we can produce mouldings to your pattern.. A tooling charge is generally applicable to these special sections. FORGINGS Special forgings in puddled wrought iron are possible up to a maximum weight of about 100lbs. Or in exceptional circumstances even larger. CHARCOAL IRON Charcoal iron is more typical of pre -19th century irons, or what has come to be now as Swedish Iron". It is available by special request, particularly in sheet form, which lends itself admirably to repousee work STEEL HANDRAIL SECTIONS Certain sections of rolled, moulded handrail sections are available only in mild steel.
