New Mild Steel Gates for South Hill Park

These mild steel gates for the parks entrances were designed by us within the budget guidelines given by the client. We worked from archive images to design the gates to match as closely as possible the originals.

This work was in addition to the railings, rose arches and handrails work we made in genuine wrought iron, back in 2011 a part of a Heritage Lottery project in Bracknell South Hill Park, which was awarded a £2.3 million lottery grant that has been used on a restoration programme of the park grounds.

Today the house is a Grade II listed building and the site a Grade II Registered Park of Special Historic Interest. The Register of Parks and Gardens of special historic interest in England was established by English Heritage.
